Been away on and off for a week or so, and not too much to report really. Read a couple of decent books including Timeline<\/a> by Michael Crichton, which is about a team of archaeologists who time travel back to the 1300’s. It’s a good read. Incidentally, whilst channel-hopping a few nights ago, spotted the film version of this, which was, erm, not as good as the book: it even features a horribly miscast Billy Connolly as the History professor.<\/p>\n Also just started reading Darwin’s Watch: Science of Discworld<\/a>, which as the title suggests is about evolution.
