Yes, I know, some people do gardening or go for a walk on a Sunday afternoon, but &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Under investigation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mutt.org\/\">Mutt<\/a>, using GnuPG, under Linux (this is my &#8216;standard&#8217; setup that I use all the time) &#8211; rock solid, stable, configurable;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mozilla.org\/products\/thunderbird\/\">Mozilla Thunderbird<\/a>, using GnuPG via the <a href=\"http:\/\/enigmail.mozdev.org\/\">EnigMail<\/a> plugin, both under Windows and under Linux;<\/li>\n<li>Interesting &#8216;alternative&#8217; setup, <a href=\"http:\/\/kmail.kde.org\/\">KMail<\/a> under Linux (uses GnuPG directly);<\/li>\n<li>Some other Windows-based email client with reasonable GnuPG or PGP support, probably <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pmail.com\">Pegasus Mail<\/a> with the <a href=\"\">QDPGP<\/a> encryption plugin, although that seems to want to use PGP rather then GnuPG.  Not going to test Outlook or Outlook Express anyway, because its encryption setup is rather non-standard.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I have tested all of the above, although in the case of KMail, only superficially.
