Seems to<br \/>\nhave been successful.<\/p>\n<p>Normally, new un-owned requests generate email<br \/>\nto queue watchers (those servicing the technical support queries), but<br \/>\ndon&#8217;t appear on the web interface until<br \/>\nsomeone claims the tickets.  To avoid against both myself and PFY<br \/>\nignoring the email and then forgetting about the new queries, I&#8217;ve<br \/>\nadded an extra section to the RT home page listing the new requests and<br \/>\nhave included a link to &#8220;take this ticket and open it&#8221;.  Seems to work<br \/>\nvery well.
