Finally got a new mobile phone. It’s a Nokia 6100. It’s Not Big And It’s Not Clever. That means it’s really small (well, thin particularly) but might not have some of the bleeding-edge features (e.g. no camera, no bluetooth etc.). Basically, I don’t need the phone to do that, but I want it to be easy to carry around.
Anyone who needs the new number should already have it, or will have it soon; I won’t post that here.
Hiya – I’ve got the same model phone & want to try syncing it, or even accessing it, using my linux box (currently Kubuntu).
Have you tried doing this at all?
I’m searching the net for info but there ain’t much around…
PermalinkI’ve never tried to access it from Linux, no. I don’t have a data cable anyway. To be honest, there’s not really much on there that I need to get at!
