Lug-Radio

Meant to post about this before … I have been listening to LUG-Radio, which is “four Linux fans […] sitting around and talking about the world of open source software. From the slightly more serious, to the entirely frivolous, this is internet radio by and for ordinary Linux users, who can laugh at themselves.”

It’s not a conventional radio station – they record one hour’s material every couple of weeks, to be downloaded for listening offline.

Most enjoyable, quite fun.

Updated Wednesday 7 April 12:45: Note comments on this weblog from Matthew Revell and Sparkes, two of the LUG-Radio team!

That may be true of course, but that doesn’t mean it’s not *fun* 🙂

  3. Aha! Thanks Martin. Yes, it’s true, we haven’t a clue what we’re talking about and we’re so oblivious to everything non-Linux that it’s quite right to call us bigots.

  4. Oh dear, Martin, looks like you’ve been rumbled!

Hey, LugRadio guys, run an item on your next show called “Places on the ‘net that we’ve been slagged off”, perhaps?

Anyway, keep up the good work … 😀

  5. How about random blogs on the net we have posted comments 😉

Anyone who wants to do the same as we have is free to do so. So if Martin wants a less bigoted show then if he records one we are happy to slag it off on our show in true bigot stylee 😉
