I’m not making this up, honestly.
This morning I got an email from a colleague, saying “Dave, I can’t send email.” … erm, yeah, OK. My reply was simply “Yes, you can.” and I heard nothing more.
Suppose I shouldn’t be surprised really, as this sort of thing is inevitable in my line of work and often much worse. Ah, well …
reminds me of the various tech-support funnies…..esp the one about the computers no working – no blinken lighten on, no monitor on light, ok then check the cables, can see behind the computer, ok move a lamp so you can see, lights don’t work, why, there’s a power cut..!!!
